Sometime over two weekends ago, when we were attending the New York Comic Con, we reached a milestone: over 50,000 Tumblr followers (!!!) (we may have missed an opportunity to do a screenshot or two lately; we’re still suffering from New York Comic Con flu funk) We started out as this little picture blog about actors and their plastic replicants, which has since spiraled into this loving cup of a lot of things cute, weird, creepy and geeky. Thank you so much for your <3 , your reblogs, your comments and love. So much love. And Loki kisses. And more love. We’ve been thinking about running a contest to mark this milestone… so here we go! Marvel AVENGERS movie gag reel leaked

This isn’t official, so I’ll just leave this link quietly over here.

Highlights: ammunition for COULSON / ROGERS shippers, Maria Hill freak out, Thor The Juggler, and Joss Whedon breaking up arguments like a 5 year old.

This gag reel will most likely be released on the AVENGERS Blu-Ray, due September 2012.

Update: the YouTube link predictably got taken down. So replaced it with the one on io9 :)

Update II: And the video keeps dropping off the face of the Internet. io9 was requested to remove the video. Sad Hulk face.

Tom Hiddleston plays LOKI, the younger brother of THOR in Marvel’s spring/summer movie that came out last month. During this video interview, he pulls out a LOKI action figure and starts playing with it.

Hiddleston’s glee over having his own action figure cannot be contained!

By the way, the MARVEL Select version of LOKI (it’s 12” tall) looks eerily like Hiddleston, with the pale skin and sharp features (Guinness not included) topped off with a magnificent set of horns!

The MARVEL Universe version (4” tall) he’s playing with in the video? Not so much.

If you’re looking for a horned 4-inch version of LOKI, wait until Series 3 comes out and try to find the double-packs. Pro-tip.

We went to Comic-Con and saw this set. The throne is so much more spectacular in person than in the photos. Trust. And that&#8217;s a really awesome&#8230; prop hammer Hemsworth is wielding. Nice.
